ALP 91 Allround Cleaning Concentrate for Ultrasound-Cleaning-Devices
Universal Cleaning Concentrate for Ultrasonic Cleaning Devices
ALP91 is a mildly acidic cleaning concentrate designed for degreasing parts and surfaces made of stainless steel, ceramic, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
Applications
ALP91 is a mildly acidic cleaning concentrate for degreasing parts and surfaces made of stainless steel, ceramic, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Specifically designed for use in dip, flood, and ultrasonic baths, ALP91 effortlessly removes drawing greases, oils, and general dirt in a very short time while being gentle on the materials. Due to its acidic pH, ALP91 has brightening properties on aluminum and non-ferrous metals, gently removing oxide layers.
Corrosion Protection
ALP91 does not contain corrosion inhibitors to prevent oxidation on corrosion-sensitive surfaces.
How to Use
Inject into cleaning baths using an appropriate dosing system (time-controlled, quantity proportional).
- Concentration: 0.5 – 3.0%
- Temperature: 50 – 80°C
- Spray pressure: 0 bar
- Exposure time: 2– 6 minutes
Depending on the quality requirements of the cleaned parts, all wetted areas must be thoroughly rinsed with water, deionized water, or distilled water to completely remove residues.
For corrosion-sensitive parts, a corrosion inhibitor must be dosed into the final rinse bath.
Material Compatibility
Stainless steel, glass, PVC, PVDF, PP, PE, ceramic, aluminum, and to a limited extent non-ferrous metals.
Caution
ALP91 should not be used on steel and cast iron, as well as tinned materials. Furthermore, other material incompatibilities cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, a test should be carried out on an inconspicuous area before use.
Concentration Determination
As per titration instructions
