Engine/Operation
The ISOCLEAN compact extraction system is equipped with a high-quality, brushless motor that works extremely quietly. The speed of the motor can be infinitely adjusted to set the desired performance. A practical rotary knob is used for this purpose, which enables manual adjustment of the power. In addition, the device offers the option of setting the desired working time and showing it on the display.
Filter
The ISOCLEAN compact extraction system is equipped with an efficient 3-stage filter system that ensures that the air in the room is reliably cleaned of harmful particles, odors and vapours. The first step is the pre-filter, which removes coarse dust particles from the air and at the same time extends the life of the subsequent filters. In the next stage, a large HEPA fine dust filter is used, which effectively filters out fine dust and smoke particles. Finally, an activated carbon filter ensures that harmful gases, unpleasant odors and vapors are effectively absorbed. The device also has a practical filter change indicator that signals both optically and acoustically when the filters need to be replaced. This is of great importance to ensure that the operator's health is not endangered by filters that are no longer effective. A regular filter change ensures a continuously high extraction capacity and clean room air.
Extraction arm
The extraction arm is particularly useful to capture and evacuate harmful fumes, dust and other particles during the work process. This special suction arm is adjustable and equipped with a collection funnel that ensures that the harmful particles can be sucked up efficiently. The dimensions of the extraction arm are 1.4 meters in length and 75 millimeters in diameter. In addition, the suction funnel of the arm has a diameter of about 20 centimeters, which gives it good suction power.
